How long does a career One on One Mentorship program engagement typically last?
The One on One Mentorship lasts Three Months. In those three months you will receive a 30 minute Zoom call every week plus all the templates and checklists to support you during your climb to the top of the Security Industry!!
What qualifications and experience do you have to mentor people?
I have 16 years experience in Law Enforcement at a Southern California Police Department and 18 years experience in the Security Industry. After my Law Enforcement career, I began working as an Executive Protection Agent for an A-list celebrity. I worked several assignments for celebrities and worked as a Security Director for Ultra High Net Worth individuals and their families where I learned and created Executive Protection Procedures. I started a self education journey where I studied Security Procedures and implemented them into my work product. In 2011 I started my own Security Company and built it from the ground up with Uniformed Security Guard accounts and Executive Protection/Residential Security accounts for the Wealthiest individuals in the World.
I created The Security Coach Academy to pass along this knowledge/experience to you, so you can experience the success that I created on my journey from Security Guard to Security Company Owner!!
